IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT 911 SERVICE
brattMobile provides access to Enhanced 911 (E911) emergency services where technically available through our underlying network partners. However, there are important differences between traditional wireline 911 service and wireless or IP-based 911 services.
Please read this notice carefully.
1. Availability of 911 Service
E911 service may not be available:
• In all geographic areas
• During network outages
• During power failures
• If your device is not compatible
• If your SIM or eSIM is not properly provisioned
• If your account is suspended or inactive
Emergency calling depends on network availability and signal strength.
2. Location Information
When you dial 911:

Your call is routed to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).

Your approximate location may be transmitted based on network and device capabilities.

Location accuracy may vary.
If you are using WiFi calling, the 911 operator may receive the registered service address on file rather than your physical location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their registered address is accurate and up to date.
3. Limitations of Service
911 service may not function properly if:

Your device battery is dead

You are outside network coverage

The underlying carrier network is experiencing an outage

You attempt to dial 911 from a device without an active SIM/eSIM

Network disruptions

Natural disasters

Equipment malfunctions

Third-party carrier outages
4. Suspension & 911 Access
If your account is:

Suspended for non-payment

Terminated
-
Not fully activated
911 access may be limited or unavailable.
5. Customer Acknowledgment
By activating service with brattMobile, you acknowledge that:
