Welcome to brattMobile. By activating service, purchasing a SIM or eSIM, using our website, or paying an invoice, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Please read carefully.


1. Service Overview

brattMobile provides mobile telecommunications services including:

  • Physical SIM card service

  • eSIM service

  • Mobile data plans

  • Voice and SMS services

  • Mobile devices (when available)

brattMobile operates as a mobile service provider and may rely on underlying carrier networks to deliver service.

Service availability, coverage, and speeds are not guaranteed and may vary by location, device, and network conditions.


2. Customer Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and truthful account information

  • Use service for lawful purposes only

We reserve the right to verify identity when required by law or for fraud prevention.


3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activity on your account

  • Keeping login credentials secure

  • Reporting lost or stolen devices immediately

  • Ensuring your device is compatible with our network

Failure to safeguard your account may result in suspension or termination.


4. Billing & Payments

Payment Terms

  • Service is prepaid unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due before activation or renewal.

  • Taxes and regulatory fees may apply.

Late or Non-Payment

  • Service may be suspended without notice for non-payment.

  • Restoration may require full payment of outstanding balance.

No Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

  • All service payments are non-refundable.

  • Partial billing periods are not prorated.


5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Service will be immediately suspended.

  • The account may be permanently terminated.

  • The customer may be prohibited from future service.

  • brattMobile reserves the right to recover associated fees and losses.

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to appropriate authorities.


6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use service for illegal activities

  • Engage in fraud, phishing, or scams

  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages

  • Use service for robocalling or traffic pumping

  • Abuse unlimited plans through excessive or automated usage

  • Resell service without written authorization

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.


7. Network Management

To maintain network integrity, brattMobile may:

  • Throttle speeds after certain usage thresholds

  • Suspend accounts for abnormal traffic patterns

  • Limit data usage during network congestion

These measures ensure fair access for all customers.


8. Device Compatibility & Unlocking

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring devices are unlocked and compatible

  • Verifying IMEI eligibility before activation

brattMobile is not responsible for devices that cannot connect due to lock status, blacklist status, or hardware limitations.


9. Privacy Notice

brattMobile collects information necessary to:

  • Provide service

  • Process payments

  • Prevent fraud

  • Comply with legal requirements

We do not sell customer personal information.

Information may be shared with:

  • Underlying carriers

  • Payment processors

  • Law enforcement when legally required

10. Lawful Intercept & Regulatory Compliance

BrattMobile complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including:

  • Lawful court orders

  • Subpoenas

  • CALEA requirements

  • FCC regulations

Customer information may be disclosed when legally required.


11. Limitation of Liability

BrattMobile is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Lost profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for service in the prior 30 days.


12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify brattMobile against claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of service

  • Violation of these terms

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities


13. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for:

  • Fraud or abuse

  • Non-payment

  • Chargebacks

  • Violation of policies

  • Legal requirements

Termination does not waive outstanding balances.


14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved by:

  • Binding arbitration

  • Individual claims only (no class actions)

  • Jurisdiction in the State of Arkansas

By using our service, you waive the right to jury trial where legally permitted.


15. Modifications to Terms

BrattMobile may update these terms at any time.

Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
